The hotel has 135 rooms all with wooden floors, simple and functional style Rooms are over 5 storey and face either the pool or have views over the surrounding hills.
All rooms on the 3rd floor have balcony. The restaurant faces the garden and has ample spaces, suitable for banquets and gala dinners. The cuisine served is mainly national and regional, with many typical Umbrian specialties. Both oil and wine served at the restaurant is own production. During the summer it is also possible to dine al fresco, in the hotel veranda. Modern 1970's building.

The hotel is also surrounded by an ample green garden, at the rear of the hotel is a large garden with a semi Olympic swimming pool, pool furniture and 2 smaller children swimming pools. Showers, changing rooms and an open bar are available for clients.
