This is an uncompromisingly luxurious hotel created by a famous architect. It comprises 51 hotel rooms and 33 individually designed villas, 2 bars and 3 restaurants as well as a modern equipped conference room that can seat 300 people. The hotel offers 24-hour concierge services, room service, secretarial and business services, laundry and medical services (extra fee), hairdresser upon request and wireless Internet access (extra fee) in all common areas. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, lift access and a car park.

All building rooms and suites are spacious, holding true to a timeless 1970's interior design. All offer sea views overlooking the small Venetian castle island of Bourtzi and are equipped with en suite marble bathrooms with shower and bath, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, remote control TV with satellite/cable channels and a direct dial telephone. They also feature a hairdryer, double bed, radio, Internet access, bath amenities and a fully-stocked minibar.

The hotel offers a rejuvenation centre in the main building and offers a wide range of facial and body treatments (extra charge) while at the same time guests may enjoy stunning views of the sea and Bourtzi island. In addition, it provides an outdoor swimming pool fully fitted with deck chairs, sun loungers, parasols and showers. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar.
