There are a total of 149 rooms spread between 9 different 2 or 3-storey buildings. The hotel additionally features a lobby, a hire safe, shops, a laundry service and a car park. There is a restaurant serving a breakfast buffet and the Le Ti Case bar is open in the evenings (seasonally dependent),where various games and events such as the Martinique quiz may be enjoyed, alongside DJ appearances and bands. The studios in the complex are designed in a Creole style. 44 of the studios include a link to the balcony. All of the studios feature a south-facing balcony with sea views, individually regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, toiletries and a hairdryer as well as ironing equipment. The kitchenette is fitted with a fridge and is suitable for 3 people. A microwave and a ceramic hot plate are also included in the kitchenette.

Guests here are able to enjoy the 600 m² overflow swimming pool in the outdoor complex with Le Kote Soley pool bar, which serves drinks and light snacks throughout the day.
