Renovated in 2010, the complex offers a total of 241 rooms spread over several 3-storey buildings. Guests may enjoy spending time in the souvenir shop, 3 bars, auditorium, the main (buffet) restaurant as well as the two à la carte restaurants (all air conditioned) serving up Italian and Mexican specialties. Car parking facilities may also be used. Guests may make use of the car rental service. For younger guests there is a kids' club available for 4-12 year olds (9:30-12:00 and 3.30 to 6.00 p.m.). A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a minibar/fridge, a hire safe and a balcony/ terrace area.

In the 50,000 m² outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, there is a Jacuzzi and, for an additional fee, a massage service. Sports enthusiasts may try out aerobics, diving (taster course in the pool), tennis (2 courses), table tennis and kayaking (charges apply to some activities). A seasonal entertainment programme provides variation for guests and includes Latin American dancing. The nearest golf course lies relatively close to the hotel.
