Renovated in 2006, this modern apartment hotel consists of a main building and an annexe, and comprises a total of 167 apartments. Facilities on offer include a beautiful garden area, a terrace, a spacious foyer with 24-hour reception, air conditioning and heating in the common areas, a supermarket with press, TV room, playground, games room, public Internet terminal (charges apply), WIFI Internet access (fee), outdoor car park (depending on availability with extra charge directly payable on-site). There is also a self-service launderette (with cards) at the hotel.

The pleasantly appointed apartments come in two varieties: type 2/4 and type 4/6. The type 2/4 apartments consist of a double room, living room with sofa bed, American-style kitchen, refrigerator, safe (optional with a supplement payable directly on site), complete bathroom, furnished terrace, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. The type 4/6 apartments have an extra double room. The apartments with garden/swimming pool views are available for a supplement payable directly on site.

The complex has 2 outdoor pools, one for adults and the other for children, surrounded by gardens and a sunbathing terrace. Night-time entertainment for adults and children's activities are offered from 16th June until 16th September.
