This new resort complex and golf property was built in 2008 and comprises a total of 174 apartments spread over 4 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a cafe, a bar and a restaurant with air conditioning. It also offers an Internet area and TV lounge as well as conference facilities. There is a car park and covered garage parking at the complex for those arriving by car and younger guests will enjoy the children's playground.

The apartments come with a fully fitted private bathroom with a shower/bathtub as well as a direct dial telephone, a TV with satellite or cable channels and Internet access. They are also equipped with a kitchen with an oven, a mircrowave, a washing machine and a dryer.
