This city hotel was built in 1991 in an English style and was remodelled in 2007 and given a minimalist concept influenced by Patagonian rural culture, including looms, handicrafts, textures and colours particular to the region. It comprises a total of 147 rooms spread over 2 buildings connected by a bridge of steel and glass on the 4th floor. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a bar and a restaurant as well as conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. Guests can take advantage of the 24-hour concierge and room services and there is also a laundry service at their disposal. Covered garage parking is available for those arriving by car.

All the new rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a king-size or double bed.
