This bungalow complex comprises a total of 48 accommodation units and features a reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a children's playground. There is a bar on site, and guests with children can make use of the complimentary cots. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park, and those looking to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception.

Each bungalow features a separate twin bedroom; a living area with satellite/cable TV; a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster and kettle; an en suite bathroom with a bath; and a terrace. Additional facilities include a safe and a washing machine.

The complex features an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, as well as sun loungers and parasols. Pool/snooker is available for a fee, and the nearby sandy and pebbly beaches feature sun loungers and parasols for hire. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit Club Maspalomas, which is some 150 metres from the establishment.
