The air-conditioned bungalows come with a terrace and a separate living room, and en suite bath/ shower, a hairdryer, a TV, a safe, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine (some items available on request for an additional fee).

Facilities provided by the hotel include a swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a large sun terrace complete with hammocks. At the reception guests are invited to book one of the many sports activities available. Bicycles, including mountain bikes, are available for hire. The hotel also offers buggy-safari trips, hiking excursions and much more. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use on the beach, for an added fee. A golf course is located 2 km away at Maspalomas.
