Built in 2003, the complex consists of a lobby area with reception and a safe. A café, a bar, a restaurant, a small supermarket, a car park, a garage and a children's playground are to be found within the complex. There is also a laundry service available; children may be supervised at the kids' club.

The bungalows are functionally equipped and include a fridge.

Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a children's area, the snack bar, parasols and sun loungers and are also invited to partake. Sport enthusiasts may also enjoy a game of table tennis (approximately 50 m away), basketball or bocce. An entertainment programme rounds off the hotel's offerings during high season.
