Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a hairdresser's salon, 2 cosy bars and 2 restaurants serving Thai and international dishes. There is also an open-air restaurant to dine in where there are highchairs available for infants. Room and laundry services are on offer and there is a playground for younger guests as well as a babysitting service (available on request). Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park as well as the garage.
