Built in the year 2000 and renovated in 2002, this complex features a 100,000 m² garden and comprises a total of 80 apartments spread over 7 floors. Various facilities including a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, shops and a hairdresser's salon are on offer to guests. There is also a café, restaurant and medical assistance, should it be necessary. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the garage facilities.

Each of the apartments comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, satellite/ cable TV and a separate bedroom.
