The newly-built beach hotel has a total of 138 rooms including 3 disabled-access rooms, a terrace and a garden. It is air-conditioned and includes a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe and currency exchange facility as well as a kiosk, a bar, a theatre, conference facilities, a kid's club and a laundry service (charges apply). The restaurant ""Le Surcouf"" serves a large buffet with Creole and international cuisine. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

All the rooms are around 27 square metres in size and include a balcony with views of the garden or the sea (for an additional fee). They are decorated in colonial style with mahogany wood and come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, colour TV, a double or king-size bed, a fridge in some rooms and a hire safe.

The hotel's Sextant Bar commands a view over the large pool of around 352 square metres with sun loungers and parasols. Guests are invited to enjoy a weekly entertainment programme, varied according to the seasons. ......... The kid's club ""Aqua les jeux"" is situated only 200 m from the public beach and offers water activities for children. The Spoutourne Open-Air Center only around 1 km from the hotel complex and offers tennis, water skiing, its own boots, canoeing, kayaking, boot rental and deep sea diving. Moreover the hotel gives guests the opportunity to try water aerobics, aerobic, beach volleyball, table tennis and billiards for an additional fee.
