This hotel, counting as one of the most elegant and luxurious in Jamaica, includes 80 air-conditioned rooms and suites - all individually designed. The complex is located close to the most romantic private bay and beaches in the whole of Port Antonio and was completely renovated in 2007. In the relaxing atmosphere with a natural waterfall in the background, guests are able to enjoy international and Caribbean cuisine. Special deals for weddings, groups or romantic short holidays may also be booked. Facilities include a garden and terrace, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hire safe, a currency exchange desk, shops, a tour desk and an art gallery with a bar. There are also two breakfasting areas within the hotel as well as outside. Further facilities include WLAN Internet access, a daily maid service, a babysitting service, room service, a launderette, bicycle rental, a playground and a car park.

All the rooms and suites include an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, cable TV, a hire safe, a king-size and individually regulated air conditioning. The rooms are particularly spacious and all include windows, while some rooms also include either a balcony with a view of the garden and the mountains or a sea view.
