The deluxe hotel complex offers guests access to pleasant gardens and a terrace and comprises a total of 138 rooms of which 3 have wheelchair access. Facilities include a foyer, air conditioning, a reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a conference room in addition to Internet access, a bar, a dining room, a theatre hall and La Surcouf restaurant where an array of Creole and international dishes are on offer and views may be enjoyed out over the 352 m² pool. A laundry service is available and younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities. There is a car park for those arriving by car.

The rooms are 27 m² in size and have been furnished in a colonial style. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, individually controllable air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a minibar, a double/ king-sized bed and a hire safe. On payment of a surcharge, a room with a balcony affording views out over the gardens or sea may be booked.

In the outdoor complex are 2 swimming pools with poolside snack bars around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. It is possible to participate in the water or land-based aerobics courses as well as to play table tennis, beach volleyball or billiards (fees apply for all activities). A varied entertainment programme provides some amusement for guests both young and old. The 'Aqua les Jeux' kids' club offering sports and water activities is located on the public beach, which lies around 200 m from the hotel. The Spoutourne open-air centre is about 1.5 km from the hotel and provides an array of sports options including tennis, water skiing, kayaking and deep-sea diving.

Meals come in a buffet form; lunch and the evening meal can alternatively be chosen from a menu. It is possible to book a half-board.
