The hotel, established in 1984, stretches over an area of 3000 m². With 211 rooms and 430 beds, it offers guests the comforts of home during business trips and holidays. Additionally, there are 9 fully-equipped conference rooms, where guests can hold business meetings and seminars. Facilities include 24-hour check-in and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, pub, café, Internet access/WLAN, room and laundry services, convenience store, kiosk, salon, games room, TV lounge, 2 playgrounds and a car park.

Each en suite room is fitted with modern technology, coming fully equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio and Internet access. The rooms all have a double bed, hairdryer, minibar, kitchenette, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, a safe and a balcony/terrace.

The most prominent facility of the hotel is the thermal spring. Use of this very popular thermal spring dates back to the Roman Age.
