Built in 2002, this hotel offers a total of 185 apartments spread over 5 floors as well as a pine-filled 800 m² garden. The facilities include a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a café/bar, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket and several other shops. In addition to this, the hotel offers an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and children's highchairs, a car park and a garage. The hotel also offers a laundry service.
