The hotel was built in 1970, renovated in 2002 and consists of a total of 89 rooms on 6 floors of which 78 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception with safe, a currency exchange desk, a conference room, a cloakroom, lifts, a newspaper stand, a variety of shops, a hairdresser's salon, a games room, a bicycle storage facility, a kids club, a playground, a secure car park and an underground garage (for an additional fee). Dining options include a café, an inviting bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Further facilities include Internet access, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone and satellite/ cable TV. Moreover, the rooms are fitted with a minibar, a fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a balcony.
