The hotel lies on a hill that commands a fine view to the whole bay of Duni. The hotel consists of one four-storey building and there are 238 double and family rooms. It is thoroughly renovated in 2000 and offers the desired comfort. Here is the main restaurant, commanding a terrace and a non-smoker corner. There is also a lobby bar, a snack bar and a bar near the pool. The hotel has a swimming pool, a pool for children, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center, massage and cosmetic centres (these two are paid).

There are 238 pleasantly and comfortably set up double and family rooms, which are at the disposal of the guests. Each room has a large bathroom with all comforts and benefits from frequent meticulous cleaning and service.
