The hotel was built in 2006 and features 63 apartments on 9 floors. Each of the stylishly designed apartments within the residential tower offers all the necessary facilities for both the business and leisure travellers alike, providing guests with the feeling of a home away from home. The air-conditioned establishment has a lobby, café and comprehensive conference facilities for business guests. Those guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.
