Prior to its refurbishment, this hotel had already become a hallmark for snow tourism in Portugal and was known for as the most atmospheric mountain hotel in the country. Since its full refurbishment, this establishment is set to become the top destination for those wanting to lodge in Serra da Estrela, whether it be for business or for leisure purposes. The ski hotel comprises a total of 79 guest rooms and suites and is fully air-conditioned. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe, as well as a hairdressing salon and an on-site bar and restaurant. Guests can find some entertainment in the games room and business guests can make use of the conference facilities and Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. Those wishing to explore the nearby area can hire bikes from reception and younger guests can make some new friends in the kids' club.
