The hotel comprises a total of 362 rooms with 1,100 beds spread over 7 buildings. There are 100 family rooms with two separate doors, 204 standard rooms, 55 triple rooms and 3 rooms with access for wheelchair users. The air-conditioned hotel features a lobby on two levels with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts in all parts of the building. Shops, a games room, a TV room, Internet access (for an additional fee), a hairdressing salon, various bars (poolside, with nightclub and cocktails, in the lobby etc.), a restaurant with capacity for 1,000 guests, conference facilities for 200 - 500 people, an amphitheatre, bicycle hire, a children's playground, a kids' club and much more. Laundry services (for an additional fee) and 24-hour room service are also available, and those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park and garage facilities.

All rooms are air conditioned and come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a telephone. Further in-room facilities include a direct dial telephone, a minibar/ fridge, satellite TV with music channels, a double bed, a safe and a balcony. Each of the rooms also comes with views of the pool, mountains or the sea. Centrally controlled air conditioning and heating also feature within the rooms.

Leisure facilities available include four pools; a large heated outdoor pool, an aqua pool, an indoor pool with a children's pool and a children's pool in the garden complex. Guests may also enjoy making use of the sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols (beside the pool and on the beach). Further leisure options include an in-house gym, a sauna and basketball, beach volleyball and volleyball facilities as well as bocce lawns and an entertainment programme for young and old alike. On payment of an additional fee, it is possible to make use of the massage service, banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, pedaloes and motor boating.
