The air-conditioned hotel, renovated in 2007, stands within 6,000 m² of grounds and consists of five modern buildings, each of which displays impressive architecture. Each of the buildings has three floors. The complex has a total of 108 rooms, including 88 double rooms, 13 large apartments, 6 smaller apartments and 1 VIP apartment. The hotel lobby provides a 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, newspaper stand and safe. Guests can enjoy a drink and a snack at the hotel café and bar or be wined and dined at the hotel restaurant. WLAN Internet access is available throughout the hotel, and there is also a laundry service for guests. Other hotel features include a children's playground, children's corner, car rental, an Internet café, mini-market and a car park.

The hotel offers modern apartments with one or two bedrooms and a living area with fully equipped kitchenette. All of the apartments are furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Each room is fitted with an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Other in-room amenities include soft furniture, a double sofa bed, which could provide a good night's sleep for two children, satellite TV, mini fridge, individually regulated heating and air conditioning units and a large terrace with views of the sea and pool.

The complex has a mini aqua park with pool, children's pool, pool-side snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a games hall and a sport ground. For an extra charge guests can enjoy a game of snooker or pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach for an extra charge.
