All rooms are very spacious and feature elegant Mexican decor, a private balcony, exclusive Heavenly Bed, air conditioning with individual temperature controls, tropical ceiling fans, electronic safety locks, in-room safes, sprinklers/smoke detector system, a colour satellite TV, in-room music, Heavenly Bath featuring a full line of fine bath amenities, a full bath tub, separate double head shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and a fully stocked minibar. Rooms are available with 1 king-size or 2 double beds.

The hotel offers a kids' club with activities like mini-aerobics, hotel tour, garden activities, painting time, craft time, piñatas and movie time.
